I believe I have some photos that may be of some help. I'll look for them.

Original gauges were made by VDO. If someone doesn't post before I get a chance , I'll get pictures of mine.

I don't have a way to post pictures. Send me a Private Message with you email and I'll send to pictures of the gauges.

Are the VDO Cockpit Series the closest to what was originally installed on the FAVs?
The VDO Cockpit Series Voltmeter 332-93100 2" appears to be the one posted further down as an extra for sale: Speedometer appears to be the 85mph mechanical type so that is going to be a problem, most everything made now is LCD electronic odometer and trip meter.
Hours Meter, analog/mechanical type, the rectangular with pointed sides Hobbs/Honeywell, Quartz, DatCon or Reddington 12VDC-60VDCtype? The "computer" Engine Protection System to the right of the M-Series Light Control Box, has a black plastic 3 slot electronic DC buzzer in the center, that style has not been made in years. Slots are small enough that using a commonly available buzzer will not necessary blatantly stick out. Dave's photo cropped: I can get the silver/black aluminum plate for the EPS replicated if I can get a closeup high definition photo of it and exact dimensions.
