Well as a SWAG to help, I typed in "HUMVEE Hood Tiedowns" thinking back that they were similar if not identical. (Which they are not really)

Now if you have the length it would help. We had them on the backs of Bradley Sponson boxes as well since 1983 or so, so it all depends on how picky your restoration requirements are for this particular item. Chenworth purchased and surplused may not exist.

There are several sizes of those rubber latches, used on several .mil vehicles, from the transmission dog house, A2 turret hatch hold down and 50 BMG ammo can holder on the HMMMWvs to a larger one that secures the hood of the M900-series 5 ton trucks.
