Looks very clean, obvious patch work on the front floor but otherwise seems straight. Given the market today what would be a fair price for a resto like that?

Personally I think the 19,500 price is high but as with any antique vehicles the price people are willing to pay dictates the going price at any given time. The M-151 has been on an upswing lately.
I see many things wrong with this one. It is listed as a 65 but has most of the items you would find on a 64 or earlier only like the e-brake assy., smooth air cleaner lid and perforated intake cap. Straight 151 windshield. It has one early screw adjust front seat and one later front seat. Sanding marks and painted over chipped paint on the dash and windshield. Radio mounted to far forward and missing some of the brackets. Wrong pintle hitch. Obvious bondo in places. And especially a very bad wiring harness in dire need of replacement. The wire harness alone is going to run you 1500.00 plus installation. I do not give prices online but that is just some of the stuff I see right off the bat. You can make your own determination from there.

Thanks for the info! Are there any good books published on the M151 showing variations and production changes like there are on the MB/GPWs?
