When I removed the CV joint from the knuckle housing, the Five ball bearings in the CV assembly came apart way to easy. Basically fell out. In the manual it says to remove the pin to release the middle bearing? Some where on the forum, I read that if this happens, Then your CV joint is worn and in need of over size bearings?
Other then that I cleaned and inspected them. I found little to no corrosion or any scoring. races look good. However, I am replacing the original large wheel hub bearing. U.S. made Timken Fanfir. (not sure if you can even get that any more?) Was beyond useful.

That's not unusual, just put it back together, lube it up with some heavy oil, and run it. When you replace the 5208 bearing, make sure it is not the sealed type, or if it is, pry the seals out and run it as an open bearing. Most of the 5208 bearings sold on e-bay, etc., are the sealed type.

Thanks Grumman, I will look that post up.
Chuck thanks for the info on the bearing, Never would think about the sealed bearing being less effective. Makes sense though.
