Excellent work. I disassemble the tie rod assys and use a LH and RH tape 1/2-20 to clean up the threads in the rods and wire wheel the tie rod threads. I assemble with Never-Seeze Mariner's Choice so they adjust easily and will stay that way.

Since the long tie rod ends are expensive I made a tool that is used with my press to tighten loose ends. this is working well and has lasted on one of my 4ws mules for over a year.

Well time to update this post I got the mule back together. Had 4 new NoS tires mounted up.
Mounted the engine and put the control surfaces on

Took it for a spin on the street and everything was great. She sounded great no issues just one minor oil leak at the fill tube guess the rubber o ring didn't seal and oil must is leaking out.

Put a new data plates on.
I ordered stencils for my mule.

It's going to be a 1st Cav mule
