ETHANOL FREE GASOLINE-GOOD STUFF

Post by Joe Gopan » Mon Mar 09, 2020 10:27 pm

Crude Oil prices are dropping, good time to try a couple tank fulls of Ethanol Free in your gas tank and note how nice your Jeep may like it. Many of you will note a a difference in starting and experience smoother running. I have used it for a couple years in all my MV's with positive results. You may discover that your Jeep will run as it should with the timing set at 5 Deg, BTDC

Another product that will make your Jeep smile is the Fuel Conditioner by LUCAS, best price is at Tractor Supply.

Does Southern States reach into PA? Some of them have ethanol-free gas

Not within several hours drive. Some of the airports have it, but won't sell it for automotive use.

Hello,

All the WAWA gas stations here in Florida carry ethanol free gasoline at the pumps,
I use it in my GPW and halftrack.

WAWA stations are from Pennsylvania, there are over 700 of them there.
Check with them , hopefully they carry ethanol free gasoline at their locations there.

And how do your Jeeps run on Ethanol Free?

airports will sell if you have a tail number. small motors run so much better. and if your jeep sits for 6 months it will start so much better and idle like it should. best part is no corrosion in fuel pump, carb and fuel tank. If airplanes start falling from the sky people get mad but if your mower wont start no one cares.

I travel across town and pay more per gallon, but by gosh, everything runs better and lasts longer between required tune-ups. Non-ethanol is just what the doctor ordered for our septuagenarian motors and our much, much younger property maintenance equipment.

Non found in southern AZ. With the possible exception of av gas and racing fuel (but that has its own hazards).

Very familiar with Wawa, four stations within a 10 min drive from me - none have ethanol-free gas (good hoagies though). Have spot checked Wawa's from here down to DC, none carry it, some don't even know what it is...

Yep, I had looked at this before - nothing listed in the Philly area. Closest would be either Reading or Allentown, both an hour plus drive. Interesting that most of the location are rural or semirural.

Easy to find most everywhere here in Montana.
I run it in the riding mower and the quad, much better
