wire cutters

What percentage of jeeps had wire cutters in WW2 ? I know some people refer to them as Anti-Decapitation Bars, so what is the correct name for them ?

Probably depends on the number of jeeps in a convoy. The lead jeep was the only one that needed one. All the rest was clear to go.
Wire cutter is what I have heard them called.
