Hello everyone! This is my second ww2 jeep my first is a 1945 Willys but this new jeep is special to me, because this is a Ford something I always dreamed of fining in the east rust chain. Apparently the previous owner started work on it. A lot of new old stock included. It has no data plates but the engine and frame match. The body number is 230238 which I believe is original to this jeep. All other body parts are ford! I need help finding f mark on the windshield. The engine is currently in good shape at .080 it can keep going but will resleeve it. I have a original head for it. The frame is almost new shape only reproduction parts is the bumpers. It has no seats or tank . I only have 1 handle. All the original reflectors are grolite. Only 1 combat rim. Gpw t84. Two gpw transfer cases. Oil bath with nos filter. Nos fuel filter. Nos alemite grease gun in the pack edge. Nos external break band. I have all new fuel and brake line and hoses. All nos Lockheed brake cylinders and new brake bands and nos axle gasket overhaul kits. Both axels are ford. I pretty Much have a survivor. The previous owner gave me a lot of parts to keep me busy for a while before I will need to buy something. Only things I need to buy is wiring, engine repair, t84 overhaul, and seats. I never thought I would get another after investing over 20k but I guess the OD fever gets the best of us!

Finally. Painted using rustoleum rust metal primer, its an excellent flat red brownish primer. The for OD I used TM9 Shade #8 Synthetic Enamel. This paint will not disappoint you. It is an exact match to many of my original ford and slat grille parts. The paint is tough as nails, and dries really quick. Matter fact I had a cup i used to measure paint portion and 10 minutes passed by and not even gasoline will remove the paint from the bottom of cup. Do not hesitate to buy this paint. My 2 cents.
