Hi Guy, I just entered “ best uk ww2 Jeep club” it put me straight to this site.
Great idea, can’t understand why we don’t have Jeep clubs in this country.
I am just back into Jeeps after selling my first “car “ 60 years ago a Willys script.
Just purchased a slat grille 1942 Willys chassis # MB146071 reg JFO474 in unbelievable condition, believed from Norway in 1996 but unsure.
Has anybody any information on it?
Please email …(email in profile) press on with the new club and keep me posted with joining requirements.

Hello Martin,

Welcome to the great G503 !
Sounds like you have an excellent jeep again :D :D :D !!
Congratulations !!

However .....

"Guy" hasn't been on this site since February of 2016.

If you click his name on his post, it says when he was last active.

So likely nothing came of it, but there are plenty of British G members here, almost every day, that can direct you to local British Jeep clubs and organizations.

The original post about the club being formed was from 2013.

There certainly seemed like a lot of interest, maybe one was formed, but nothing more was posted.

Best Regards,
Ray
