I put this up on the G838 site as well. I found this in my new to me M151A2. This was previously a TOW Launcher which was stripped of the TOW stuff. I have no idea if this is from my A2 or something else.

I have a complete TOW MUTT with system and do not recognize that as a piece of it. Almost could be the fender shovel bracket but its not.
