As can be seen in the photo my upper radiator mount has broken loose.
Is this something that can be resoldered with say, silver solder and a mapp torch. I worry about applying to much heat and loosing the seal on the filler neck or fins somewhere.
Would this be better to take to a radiator shop for repair.

you can do with the correct radiator solder, but i recommend you take to radiator shop. it take some practice to get good results

[attachment=0]R When you put flux on area to be soldered, hold the joint, when you heat it the flux will suck the solder in the joint.Acid core solder. You can always practice on dummy pieces before doing it.

I'l have to research correct radiator solder. I don't mind taking it to a shop.I can't imagine it to be a very expensive repair. I just didn't want to make things worse.

If I did it, the neck would invariably be the next leak....
