If you are still having issues with the same wheel I doubt it is bleeding that is the problem. On a single stage system if there is air in the system it will affect all of the brakes equally since they are all tied together. There are a lot of things that can cause brake pulling that are not related to the hydraulic system. First and foremost is the condition of the drums. Are they new? If not have you had them measured to see if they are all the same inner diameter? If they are oversize are all of the shoes on all four wheels contacting the drums equally? The shoes are formed to fit a new drum so if the drums are oversized only a small section of a new brake shoe will contact the drum until either the shoe itself bends to form fit the drum or it wears the center down until the ends contact equally. This is not usually an issue IF the drums are only worn and cut to within the specs but a lot of shops cut them beyond those specs. If you have new shoes on there pull the drums on all four and see where the shoes are rubbing. Is it even across the whole surface or only in the center third? And if only in the center is it all or just one? If it is just one then I would guess it is the one opposite the side it is pulling towards and you need a new drum on that one but have it measured first. You could possibly have a bad set of shoes, very unlikely especially if it is hitting just the center of both shoes.

Alignment will also cause a brake pull.

Thanks for the reply Rickf

yesterday I put all new lines, hoses and wheel cylinders on the rear From the Tee. The drums and shoes where new when I started this project was received. I had help bleeding the brakes today, no difference. I adjusted them I don't know how many times. Maybe tomorrow I'll switch the rear brake drums from one side to the other and see what happens. It really seem like the right side rear is not braking hard enough.Then maybe switch the shoes around. I did my MUTT last year everything new, I can hit the brakes hard at 60 mph and stop with hands off the wheel.

When I bleed the brakes, I use a vacuum hand pump, so it can be a 1 man job.

And if you use a vacuum pump you have to go very slowly because if you build up any appreciable vacuum you will pull air past the cups in the wheel cylinders and also the cups in the master cylinder. Those cups are only designed to hold pressure pushing from the opposite direction. That is a big mistake a lot of people make with vacuum bleeders.

I might add the rubber hose that fits over the bleeder nipple has to fit snug enough so air won't get in the stream
