tire size question

Post by steveperryman » Sun Aug 04, 2019 6:11 am

This one i'm a little embarrassed to ask! I ordered new tires and I was being cheap and bought 6.00 x 16. I thought there was only a difference in the tread spacing, but with these new tires on (the 6.00s) the tires are so thin, it looks a little comical!

The originals on the m151 were 7.00 x 16s. Does the 7.00 vs 6.00 indicate a difference in the width of the tire?

Thanks again

It does. 7.00 x 16 is wider than 6.00 x 16.
