Hello Chris,

Nice update !
Keep up your works on the jeep !

Those license plates are great , we can do the same here in Florida, so maybe I will look for some 1953 plates for my M38-A1 😃

I have room do a lot of the same work to get my jeep ready to start.

I haven't had much time last month to work on the 53, but did get all the wires taped up.
I want to get the new ndcc Firestone tires mounted.
I am glad I bought them , before everything starts going up in price .
I got good tubes from an ebay seller in Arkansas that are made in S. Korea.
Excellent modern quality tubes, that he also had for my WW2 Jeep.

I would recommend getting in touch with WeeBee Webbing for your top canvas, as well as seat covers.
They do great work, and very high quality as well.

They also make, but you have to ask for it, the correct straps you need on your jeep, with the C-clip tabs on the end if the straps .
My 53 used these type straps.

It's beautiful that you
got it running !

Keep us posted !!

Best Regards,
Ray
