Searching for nose art type photos

I am searching for any kind of nose art style picture of a German shepherd. Could be on an airplane, jeep, truck whatever. Alternatively, if you are an artist I would like someone to take photos of my dog and turn it into a nose art style drawing I can put on the windscreen of my MB. Found out this week I only have a few weeks left with my boy as he started peeing blood and found out he has bladder cancer. Please let me know if you can help!
