Not to be confused with Droop-Snoot which was the nickname of a P38-J aircraft :lol: .

Yes, it looks like it was a jeep of the American Red Cross.

And sometimes the American Red Cross nurses were really in the mud, like here in 1944, Italy :D .

Well, here's one where the Jeep dame is missing in the photo. She must have been tall as they had to raise the top a bit:
