Anybody know how to acquire a NOS front bumper for my 1943 GPW?

Speedometer needle has disconnected and now rests at the bottom of the instrument. How easy is it to open the gauge and reconnect the needle?

Looking for all four leaf spring assemblies for a 1943 GPW I am restoring. Must have the clamps with the bolt and nut, not just the clamp that is pressed on. Any NOS out there?

I would say that there isn't a NOS GPW bumper left on the planet. Springs? Maybe, but I have never seen one.
Putting the needle back on requires un crimping the bezel; be careful. How easy? Not at all easy.
Parts wanted section might be best here.
