The man on the right lived in Arizona and had a restored medic JEEP (not labeled The Penis Machinist).

Re: Medic jeep photo
A great Photo !!!
That is Dr. Frank Ellis, Captain, 70th Infantry Division, WW2, on the right and this is his jeep in winter Combat Operations in France in 1945.
He was a true patriot and American Hero as were all the WW2 Trailblazers !
He enjoyed a great long life and attended many, many, 70th Division Reunions and return trips to France over the years with his kids and grandchildren.
He was greeted by President GW Bush during his visit to an American Military Cemetery in Holland in 2007 !
This jeep was a Ford GPW, and his restored jeep was also a Ford GPW, done like the one he had during the war.
He said he named his jeep that to cheer up the troops and wounded men as they knew he would take good care of them ,
he said it would make some laugh as they saw the jeep.
