Are these before and after photos? Very nice looking jeep and if they are before and after, some very fine work on the jeep. Can you post some more?

Outstanding work! Great job.

That rear bumper was pretty cool. I might have kept that one on mine  How was it attached to the frame?

Thanks for the pictures.

It was bolted to the frame using existing holes ( Thank God) and the big round headed bolts through the body on each corner that had to be welded up.

I was told it was a bomb hoist out of a WW2 bomber but that is all I know. I still have it under the bench. The Vet was in the C B's in the Pacific, he bought the jeep from the City of Sacremento CA and drove it back to Arizona where he painted it white, carried it on a custom built trailer and took it to the mountains as his "hunting jeep" I bought it from his daughter after he passed. It has slightly over 700 miles on the clock when I bought it.

Rgus,

WOW. Terrific work. I mean you did a fantastic job. How long did it take you?

Did you mean 33070 on the paint?

I do not work in the winter because I am too cheap to heat the garage. An avarage complete restoration takes 2 years plus. I am in the middle of a WC-63 right now. I hope to have it finished this year.
Yes you are correct on the paint number.
