This project has left me with lots of spare parts that I need to find homes for.

Thanks. This thing was on a farm in northern NM and probably used as a hunting vehicle before I got it. Somebody had welded on a roll bar, welded on an I beam for a front fender, and allowed the floor pan to rust and warp. Since it was in Northern NM I like to think it was used on the Manhattan Project at Los Alamos. Come to think of it, I’d better break out my Cold War Geiger counter to make sure there is no radioactive contamination!

You never know! My MBT that I picked up just outside of Albuquerque did come from Los Alamos. It had tags riveted to it from the Atomic Energy Commission. Assuming it was there during the war.

Wow, AEC tags! Pretty reasonable to assume it was involved somehow or n the Manhattan Project. :)
