I noticed the rear seat too. Is that an internal expanding parking brake on the first picture? And check out those mud guards on the front fender on the second picture! and the painted(?) headlights on the one just above.

That photo was taken in Africa, likely in Congo, where the Jeep was used everywhere.

Looking at the CJ-3 :?: , rubber? flip flops, embossed hood, window frame, possibly the hood latch... I would think this might be from late 50's to early 60's as my guess.
Appears to be her taking a thorn out of a lions paw. :D
