This was by a gun shop in Virginia Beach VA

M998 with helmet top on it, nothing much more to it unless it's for sale. There's a M998 with slant back over on Jefferson Avenue West of Main Street in Newport News for around 12K, but it's been civilianized somewhat from what i have been told.
