Can you elaborate a bit on that? I figured they were prototypes since I haven't seen them anywhere else. These windows pivot down with a gas spring to counter the weight.
Having worked on several variants of military vehicles, I've kinda noticed that "proper function" is sometimes interpreted in different ways.
