Looks like the NTC (National Training Center). Yellow strobe on the roof goes off when the vehicle is killed.
No armor, guy in a ball cap, two females with blue chevrons of some sort and crap everywhere.
I believe that stack is actually behind the vehicle. It might be a fixed commo installation on a hilltop supporting the NTC communications infrastructure. If so it would be a known point with good visibility. A good OP and if necessary a shoot' n scoot position for the tow (as long as your enemy didn't use artillery)
