Tuna
You might want to put in your location. Might be one down the street and the owner does not want to mess with shipping.

Not really…I’ve owned and restored to different levels 2 M38a1’s, an M38, 2 CJ-2A’s, WM300 Power wagon, M274 mule, CJ-3A. Currently resurrecting a Cletrac MG-1. So no, I’d say I’m pretty familiar with old stuff. Thanks tho.

That's a nice resume Charlie. You obviously know the lay of the land, what it costs, and the art of patience.
Although you're somewhat vague about what you're looking for (I guess you'll know it when you see it), I don't think many people who know what they have are giving them away cheaply. That said, there seems to be more than a few out there that fit your bill just waiting to be bought.

Re: M38a1
It’s been a little while since I’ve been into the Jeeps, so I am still learning a little about current prices….it seems I just keep missing the perfect one! Reasonably priced (in my opinion!) M38a1’s don’t seem to last long so I thought I’d put in the WTB for someone who wants a quick, clean deal. I’m patient though! Thx Ron….
