Horn for an M38A1
Hi All..... I am looking for a horn for my 38A!. It can be 12 or 24v. I am ok with doing clean up and painting just as long as it works. I also want that old jeep sound! Thanx, Tony

Re: Horn for an M38A1
If you want that "old Jeep sound", I can do it in 24 Volts.
I will test my spares for sound.

Re: Horn for an M38A1
Joel - Not trying to poach but I was just going through my extras, spares and leftovers and came across a working, 24V horn that needs cosmetic work so, if you can't find one for Tony, here's an alternative:

Tony - If you're set up for PayPal then you can pay me that way, otherwise a check is fine.
I'll send it out Monday via Priority Mail if that works.

Re: Horn for an M38A1
Tony - I'm not any faster. Got the horn in the mail today. Looks like I overcharged you $0.35 for postage but, not to worry, by the time it gets to you and the market tanks a few more days, it'll only amount to $0.0001
BTW - if there's any issue with the horn - let me know and I'll make it good.

Re: Horn for an M38A1
No worries, George. This thread is done.
Midwest Military has all the bits and pieces to get your horn operational. Button, adjuster, rod, switch, etc. Not NOS but that's what I used with good results.
