Interesting Trailer and Welder Setup

I came across this setup. Has anyone ever seen one before? Is this a factory build? I just thought it was interesting and wanted to share.

Looks like a early postwar 3 or 400 amp hobart.Is there a tag in the middle of the weld range selector switch. I have seen these with ford engines.

Could be a Corps of Engineers responsibility. They had equipment issued on adaptations of Ordnance responsibility trailers
