Hey All.
I'll review this GenSet corner from time to time, but have yet to see an engine like one I acquired / WICO magneto instead of a distributor.
Wondering if this might shed light on what my engine came off of.
Any hints provided by this style air cleaner?
MB 381721 Approx. vintage?
Very happy to find "S" bore pistons w/ very little pitting and pristine cyl. walls. Have yet to delve further.

Re: Willys Ind. w/ Magneto?
If the magneto still has the metal ID tag on it what is the model # of the magneto? It would be a JEM-##### type identifier. With that information we may be able to determine what willys powered equipment the magneto was used on.
I have a Feb 21, 1944 stamped on the pan surface with engine #345###.
