Is Ebay banning military manuals, even obsolete stuff from WWII? If so, where can we go to trade away from the micromanagers at ebay.

I have jut noticed fewer tank & weapons manuals as of late. Ohiocountryboy (ebay tag) gave me the link to ebay policy. As of last month, ebay reserves the right to pull any tech manual that it says conflicts with the State Dept ITAR (International Treaty on Arms restrictions) regs. Under these regs, they are so broad that you cant sell a manual on a musket. They still would consider a drivers manual on a sherman the same as material on how to build a nuke. This is basically gun control writ large.

Im afraid this could be extrapolated, to outlaw every manual on every non govermental book shelf.

this could be really bad.
ITAR strikes again.
