Hummer titling

Discussion of Local, State, and Federal issues regarding MV Legislation, MV use restrictions, MV registration refusals, etc. As these issues may ultimately affect other jurisdictions, information and education of all MV owners is crucial for the future ownership and use of our MVs.
This is not a board for Political discussion.
This is not a Q&A Forum on how to title or register a MV.

Unfortunately since it was the previous year my understanding is they cannot override the veto it would’ve had to been done in the same year plus we have a new governor now.

Just as an update for everyone there was a new bill that was submitted however we insured that the bill has been stopped at its current position as it was submitted by another senator. That bill should be going nowhere. The new bill should be coming out in February. The new bill is designed for both historic and on road usage for all surplus military vehicles so everyone will be protected. Plus we have a second bill to create a historic military plate in case someone would like to apply for one.
