1952 Willys M38

Post by regor69pg@yahoo.com » Thu Mar 19, 2020 9:00 am

My 4th and last Jeep. Previously: 1 46 CJ2A column shift with my finger prints on every piece. Three M38's. At 86 I am hanging up! Bought many parts through the years from the "G". Fitzpatrick and staff always the best. 46 went to San Simon Island, Ga., He drives it a lot and keeps in touch. An M38 to N.Y.N.Y. Another to Florida where he added a 50 cal. and 30 cal. and sold it for an additional $10K. See this one on War Jeeps. And so we come to the end. This one another 1952 M38. Matching numbers and original data plates.
During restoration: New batteries 24 volt and 700X16 military tires and tubes. New wiring. New sealed plugs and wires. Vacuum wipers. Turn signals. Military radio and antenna. New original canvass and seats covered. Fresh paint. Improvements: Brakes, clutch, YS Carburetor, water pump, radiator, locking hubs, hidden ignition cut off. Military trouble light. Clean title, Az. NO CALLS PLEASE (SPAM) TEXT ONLY 602.684.3457
If I get the pictures to work. (I have had trouble thru the years, ha) You will note the ID on the jeep is my military outfit from 1952. 38th Division, 2nd Battalion, 293 Infantry, Hq. Company. Jeep ID S-1 (communications)
I have a couple more pictures that would not load. Text me your e-mail and I will send.

Bumper number S-1? I don't get it. You were in HQ company, right?
