This photo was taken somewhere in Asia, in the 1950s.After doing a bit more searching, these look to be Tri-Ang pedal cars.

Yes, they are definitely Tri-Ang pedal cars.Quite a collectors item nowadays.

Quite a few, these aren't the hardest pedal cars to find. But there were lots of different variants and they're not really cheap. I have one in storage I need to restore a bit.
