Hood

Post by M60 tanker » Wed Oct 19, 2022 12:41 pm

I am restoring an M38A1 that was Marine quarter ton. The reason I know this is it is on the data tag and it had 10,000 lb of undercoating on the frame and the body. My question was the underside of the hood coated with undercoating and black not green.

This is the M38 forum. Did you mean to post in the M38A1 forum? 8)

It was his first post so he probably didn't know. My USMC M38A1 did not have any tar on the hood. Just on the body and fenders.
