What are my options? Is there a way to get the hinge pin out and replace just the bad half of the hinge? Or do I have to remove the whole hinge assembly?

Mine was in a similar condition. I welded the two halves back together and added some metal. Then I drilled a new hole. I think these hinges usually crack in that location.
