Find someone who can lock-stitch the crack and install a new threaded insert. Crack is from water jacket to water jacket so yes repairable.

Agree can be repaired. If you leave it the strain of the bolt will open that crack wider and you risk pulling out the thread insert even more than now. A good welder should be able to penetrate down far enough to be a meaningful repair. A surface weld will fail promptly.

A good welder is not necessarily trained on iron; and he can ruin a block easily. Be very careful; welding iron is nothing like welding steel. I would ask Abrahams, but you aren't here.

The problem becomes to be more complicated....my mechanic said that the milky oil was from......hmmmm bad sleeves...the first mechanic that make my restoration put two pieces of sleeves :o :o the mechanic that i gave it to fix the milky problem told me that was the first time that he had see that :shock: as a result water comes from there to oil
