My first, and usually only, answer is, what does your TM say when you read it?
But I got hate mail for asking that from guys who don't want to read, so, in TM9-8012, page 74; 135, min 100.

Same as the other L-134's. Below 100 or more then a 10 - 15 psi difference between cylinders check your valve adjustment and start thinking about a rebuild.
