rear seat hooks

rear seat hooks

i have 2 pair of hooks, one pair has the part number stamped on the sides, and the other does not. i have looked at tons of jeeps very seldom have i seen part numbers stamped on them. is this a early , late or what do you think?

My early 51 M38s have unmarked seat hooks.
52 M38 2X, '52 M37, '44 WC51, '42 WC 56/57, '50 CJ-V35(U), '42 GPW, '44 M3A1 Scout Car, 2010 M-Gator

My June 51 has original, unmarked, hooks.

The Factory drawing for that part number may have a foot note explaining the stamped number, is it the Willys or the ORD Number that is syamped on your hooks?
