Fenders have been rolled and then flared out
The edges of my front fenders and all the way to the rear fenders have been rolled over an flattened to to inside and then flared out toward the outside. Prying the bends back out is creating weak spots in the metal. what would be the best course of action without replacing each panel? Pics are too big to load…

Without seeing what you have but going from others I have seen you have little recourse but to replace the panels. You will never get all that stretched metal back to the rounded form it was originally in without cracking it.

Yup. Sorry for the delayed response we. I was locked out of my account and couldn’t contact admin to square me away. I have rolled some back out with success and there were some areas where I had to cut an weld in a section.
