6"steel nipples/caps

I bought some 6"steel nipples/caps with the idea to put registration/insurance papers in it.Maybe attach to the springs of the seat or maybe in the engine compartment?I have to look over the mutt more.

As long as it doesn't look like a pipe bomb to a passerby...Someone would call EOD and blow it in place losing your vehicle.

Oh wow, never thought of that, under the seat it would be hard to see I'd think.Good thinking.Some of the explosives we used a long time ago were in yellow, green colors were similarly shaped.
