Posting photos

Guys, I’m trying to post some photos in my threads, but can not get them through.
I get [img][img] when I press the picture icon. How can I do that.?

Joseph, do not try to use the image utility on top of the posting area. Go under the posting block and you will see two blocks, one says options and one says attachments. You want to click the attachments link, then click add files and follow the directions from there. If you still have problems let me know.

The IMG at the top of the text area box is for posting a linked image, from another web site. You go to the photos location you want to provide, right click, "copy image link" come back to your text area, hit the image icon, then Ctrl V will insert it between the brackets.
Hit preview and check it out then before posting.

You are absolutely right.
Linking images from other photos repositories has catastropic effects on this forum when the images are vanishing in the deep space after the owner has cleaned up his (own free) storage space.
