Tag in the engine block..
Is that 7-71 in the Contract No. meaning it was built in July 1971.?

Josep, that was the date the contract was signed. It was not the date that production started.
Delivery of vehicles started in 1972 and continued into late 1974 and possibly early 1975. The next contract was signed in 1976.
