2 cylinder Radio generator 28v

Post by 1943Willysgpw » Mon Oct 07, 2019 6:19 am

This may not be the place to ask this. If so, please redirect me. My next door neighbor's son is going to be locked up for a while. My neighbor emptied the son's storage unit and found a Nov 1968 28v 2 cyl. radio generator. He ask me what it is worth. I found one on ebay listed at 325.00 or best offer. We all know not to price based off of Ebay so, any ideas about value?

There was just a discussion about that at Gilbert a couple weeks ago. They are not worth a whole lot, 150.00-175.00 if it is running.

I had one about 10 years ago. I didn't realize that it was 28 volts when I purchased it but, it was a fun toy for a little while. I paid Fifty Dollars for mine at Tower Park back in 2010. Ft. Mac. has it now.
