need info or blue prints to make a m151 lc

I won't even ask why you would want to do that but I will tell you there are no blue prints. It never really existed outside of a very few prototypes. Two of which just sold at Rock Island but I am highly suspect of their lineage.
You basically need to throw away all of the current suspension and get a set of solid axle rears from your vehicle of choice and then you need to engineer how to attach leaf springs to the very weak ends of a unibody constructed vehicle that was not designed for leaf springs. I would very strongly suggest you engineer in track rods.

I know 4 were using m38a1 axles were made but 151 parts were plentiful so they decided to scrap it . I've seen pictures of some but most of them you can't see very good do to the focus. Just need to know were the shackle are place.some show front are welded to front bumper other show adding extra metal any info or better picture would help.....bp

Can't help you there, never saw one in person. To me a M-151 with solid axles is just an M-38 that will rust out twice as fast as a regular M38.
