I know this has been beat to death. and the patterns are much the same. but I am wondering about the paint colors. I believe depending on the area there are many variations that are acceptable. I am looking for opinions which I am sure there are many.
photo 5 is of my mutt, the other two I found out on the net for a comparison.
Love to hear what others think.

Re: camo paint
My vote would be the center photo.
Top one has gray green?
Bottom one too much green.
Middle photo looks like 1980's Germany (not necessarily USMC....US Army) it's from memory, but the middle just looks right, especially way more browns. Never seen graygreen.
Now that said, the green might be a little more of a shade of CARC color for 80's as things went along and resprays happened.
Best bet is to look up area you want to replicate for original photos and look over the colors, MUTT was during color film era, unlike many WWII vehicles. Simply type in Reforger (and a year..70's on up) for Germany color patterns.

I like the number 3 photo. It looks similar to my buddy's rig.
