Why can't you remove the spark-lug wires from the plug, bend the vacuam line down so the SP wires are above the line
I didn't want so many bends making it look rough but I could if it reaches. I don’t have any rubber on the line I have straight copper line.

Normally there would be a short copper section at the distributor and a short piece of rubber and then the copper up to the air cleaner. But looking at yours you have all the right bends now, just take out the PCV line and drop that vent line down a little into position and put the PCV line back in over top of it. You just need to put a little bit of a bend in at the distributor end to match the position of the line where it will meet the head. I think the bends at the other end will fall right in place with the other vent line on the safety switch.

Reworked the lines today. The line ended being to short so I had to make a new one. Not perfect but this is about the best I can do. I'm thinking I need some type of bracket to reduce the vibration again its pretty stiff.

I just did a google search:

https://www.bobsspeedometer.com/

This guy lists military gauges. Again, this was a search, I have no experience with this company.

I've been working on my civilan HUMMER (H3T) and just wrapped that up (complete paint job from blue to charcoal metallic and blacked out all my chrome to glossy black) and its that time again to do some metal work on my MUTT.

Its winter and since I'm not going to be driving this much I figured go ahead and start working. I purchased the side panel patch, rear fender tops and under frame kit from Cameron a few years back. I didnt buy a battery box panel. Today I looked at it and yes it needs to be replaced. I reached out and got some leds so thats what I need to buy but in the mean time Ill be cutting out what I have already in parts. This may have to be done in phases and I got to start some time so why not now.

Here is my first pictures of the before.

Going to do the best I can. I'm going to replace the battery box floor, side patch and maybe the floor. Until I cut it down Ill see how much rust is present.

What are you using for a cutting wheel? Looks almost like a masonry wheel.

Hey Rick I’m using a diamond metal cutting wheel. It cuts like butter. Working around the welds is tuff. I pulled out the beast once I trimmed around the support bracket I used an air hammer with chisel tip works good. I’ll post pictures once I get back to my computer
