Light switch

I need 2 light switches for my 2 mutts, can't find anyone who will sell me 2 good switches.The 2 I did get from venders did not work.
So I need help.

Are you getting reproductions or NOS? Obviously, just because it's NOS doesn't mean that it's good. I know some of the items from dealers are china junk. Were the switches in original packaging?

No, take outs.I did move the levers back and forth to clean the contacts.Makes me wonder if anyone actually repairs them.I will say that by looking at them they are not meant to be taken apart.
