Farmongton, MN WWII Weekend
What's this event like? Is there a good number of vehicles in attendance? Is there a flea market? I am thinking about going to it this weekend, but would like to know more about it. The website doesn't give many details, or indicate how large it is. Thanks!

Re: Farmongton, MN WWII Weekend
Bob,
Thanks for your interest. There were a few vendors/flea market there last year, I believe this year they said they expected more, some more militaria guys and a firearms seller I think are coming.
Of course there will be the obligatory jeeps showing up. John Bizal from Midwest Military usually brings out a good assortment of his vehicles, but that will be weather dependent. the Sherman should be there also. The Red Bull guys also show in a variety of vehicles.
The germans have a good showing with their Sd.Kfz, sometimes the Kubelwagen shows. and their motorcycle.
It is no Rockford by any means, but it still is a good sized event. Several battles a day, and static displays by the Germans, Marines, Russians Paratroopers, Engineers etc.
Duluth isn't to far, I think you would enjoy it.
Hope to see tou there.
