Need for a new topic/board
I think you guys should consider having a new topic about government laws restricting military vehicles. We need to know about these regulations so we can all get together to fight the powers that are creating such policies/laws. We need to sign petitions, vote them out of office, etc..). For example, I want to post this but there is no board topic that covers it:

Also, many member have problem registering their vehicles with just a "Bill of Sale". This discussion would also fit the board/topic.
Thanks for your time and stay safe... Rob

Re: Need for a new topic/board
Good idea - suggest a thread notice of the STATE that is at issue.....so it can be searched and not gerenate a lot of exteraneous stuff from other states for someone wanting info on one specific state.
requirement that all posts require the state abbreviation in the first two letters of the topic heading would be useful.....

Maybe just limit it to legislation that deals with military vehicles..

Thanks for your input fellas. We are working on a place to put such a section. I'm leaning towards a sticky in a general section. Thoughts???

Re: Need for a new topic/board
Not on a general section, a section of it's own, just like last time. Right where it was, was a good spot. Too easy to overlook otherwise. Most people don't want to "wade through" other places to get to where they want to go. A direct, easy to find spot is (was) best.
If you do not wish to resurrect the old section, start a new one in the same place.
I think legislation in the near future will be vitally important as many things in the works may kill the hobby for everyone. Just one example is the move to not letting you title or register your military vehicle for "general" use, just pigeon holing it for "parade use only". I USE my vehicles......they are not trailer queens! This is something I have railed about for years, only to see it fall on deaf ears. If we can not find the dual use of actually USING our vehicles AS WELL AS showing them off, only divides us, when we NEED to stand together.

Yes. It needs its own section. How about "Legislation Affecting Military vehicles."?

Re: Need for a new topic/board
Perhaps one board for legislative issues involving military vehicles.
One board for registration and title issues, state specific.
And, perhaps, one for insurance? I know this is not only a state by state issue, but company by company. But everyone I talke to up here has a differenct experience and some are using companies most of us have never heard of and are happy. Maybe a board to act as a clearing house for insurance?
Just a newbie thought.
