Re: surface zero is down
I Just tried again within minutes of your reply, I hit submit, site says is processing, when it goes to my page the photos aren't there, this has me stumped.

Well it is getting worse, after I log in and go to my photos I see nothing except and I tried to do what you said but I find myself having to keep logging in so things are worse than before.

I can’t even log in. My phone didn’t even recognize the site and the auto login. When I manually logged in I still wasn’t logged in. I’ll try on my laptop later.

Re: surface zero is down
@John if you are using a google chrome browser, right click on the google chrome browser and select the new incognito window. This brings up a browser without local cache. Go to the surfacezero.com/g503 site and login. this should work if login is correct, and brings up the site without cached files.
Let me know if this works.

Same thing happens to me when I upload. I just hit the screen refresh and the photos will show up. One also has to do it if they load more than five photos in a session at the first upload screen or it will keep adding the previous photos to the album. May just be a quirk of the software I have. Might try that.

Re: surface zero is down
Not sure what happened but I loaded 4 photo's. Went to load 3 more and the 4 are gone with empty thumbnail showing instead of images. If someone can get rid of them I can't and will worry about the 4 some other time. Crazy O.K. I clicked on the no thumbnail and the picture shows up but won't work for anyone viewing. I tried to see if I can delete it but don't see the way it used to be. If all of the ones not showing pictures can be deleted I would be grateful. It is googly moogly photo's.

Re: surface zero is down
I'm having a lot of trouble yesterday and today uploading pictures. I get duplicates, triplicates, quadruplicates, no thumbnails, no transfer to the favorites folder, and lack of consistency. been frustrating to say the least.
Also, if I remember correctly, there's no delete option, why not?
BTW, it seems to help if I refresh often, but it's not consistently helpful.

Re: surface zero is down
It's been at least a year where I have to refresh my screen when uploading photos to surfacezero. If I forget it it will add the previous upload along with the current. It is frustrating.
One also has to refresh their screen after the photo upload to show the most recent photos that were uploaded. It's pretty confusing, but once I figured it out, I haven't had any issues...unless I forget to refresh my screen after an one of those two events.
The deleted feature has never worked for me.
Would be nice to have the above corrected. I have sent messages to see if it could be corrected over the years, however that has proven difficult to get issues fixed. Would be nice to have everything corrected. It is a great site...free that is...

This is exactly the issue! The name of my folder is simply "my favorites". http://www.surfacezero.com/g503/search. ... hid=961088zepher11 wrote: ↑Thu Oct 08, 2020 7:17 amIt's been at least a year where I have to refresh my screen when uploading photos to surfacezero.
