Hello,
I get notifications for PMs ( Donk and roblenzz ) but when I select them, I get the following text......
“You are not authorised to read private messages that are on hold.”
Can someone explain this to me?
Thanks
Patrick

Re: PMs on hold
Your inbox is more than likely full. You have to move some to the save folder or delete some. Then go and "release" the on hold messages.

Tried deleting about 100 pms, then logged out and back in again.
Still says I am not authorized to view pms on hold?

When you check to delete and click delete do you wait for the next prompt "yes or no" check box?

Re: PMs on hold
Got it sorted....after clearing inbox, found the button to download the pms that were “on hold”
I had expected it to be automatic once there was room, but there was that final step.
